  3. The Law Office provides several opportunities, such as a entering a phone number online, or texting an opt-in message to 210-320-2130, to opt-in to SMS services. 
  4. To OPT-IN, text "JOIN" to 210-320-2130 to sign up to receive Notifications from the Law Office of Hillary H. Peldner.
  5. You can cancel the SMS Service at any time. Just text "STOP" to 210-320-2130. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time, and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.

Governing Laws in Case of Dispute; Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, USA, as they apply to agreements made and solely performed therein. Disputes arising hereunder shall be exclusively subject to the jurisdiction of the federal courts of the United States of America and jurisdiction therefore shall rest solely in Texas, USA.
